about me

There has always been a deep curiosity driving me – an interest in understanding the human experience, what shapes us, and how we can meet life’s challenges. I’ve been drawn to exploring questions like “Who am I?” and “What supports wellbeing from the inside out?”. This exploration has guided both my personal journey and it now forms the heart of the work I offer.
For a long time, there was a search to ease my anxiety, quiet my self-critic, calm intrusive thoughts, and heal physical discomfort. The drive to always improve myself, was rooted in my belief that something needed to be fixed. However, through my experience, it became clear to me, that it’s not about fixing, but about gently and lovingly turning inward. to move towards being-with what is arising, to meet the discomfort, tension and resistance with curiosity and compassion. This shift – from fixing to being-with – has been a messy, anxious, and profound journey – one that continues to unfold and deepen for me.
over the years, i’ve trained in various modalities – trauma-informed mindfulness, compassionate inquiry, somatic experiencing (currently training) , embodied processing & nervous system regulation. i’ve also explored a wide range of healing practices – energy work, functional medicine, yoga, qigong and many more. i just love what i do, and i’m always curious about learning new approaches, insights and practices.
my approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, while also deeply informed by my lived experience and a commitment to creating spaces where people can connect safely and authentically with themselves.
i am passionate about sharing the gifts I have learnt on my journey. I’m here to offer guidance, and a safe, compassionate space for others navigating their own paths toward healing, self-discovery & deeper connection with themselves.
