I specialise in creating bespoke workshops tailored to meet different needs.  my workshops & courses are designed to be fun, interactive, & experiential, giving people the chance to share & learn in a safe space.  i weave together mindfulness practices, embodied & creative exercises, fun experiments, group discussions, & sharing to make each session engaging & meaningful.

learning through experience

throughout my courses or workshops, participants are invited to engage in discussions, experiential explorations & inquiry around the theme or topic.  the goal is to empower participants to build greater self-awareness, embodiment & presence.  along the way, they’ll also experience & discover personal tools and practices to help navigate life’s challenges.

Evidence Based modalities

All of my work weaves together a variety of evidence-based modalities – including nervous system theory, trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic experiencing, journaling, creative & inquiry practices, breathwork, energy, movement, embodied meditation and compassion-based approaches.  But most essentially, what I bring to this work is my own lived experience – my personal journey of learning, unlearning, healing and returning home to myself.

cultivating wellbeing & empowerment

my courses focus on supporting individuals in cultivating their own wellbeing & recognizing that true wellness originates from within, rather than from external circumstances.  through practices that foster embodiment, awareness, & presence, participants are encouraged to explore their habitual thought patterns, emotions, & behaviours.  this process empowers them to respond with deeper self-acceptance, understanding & compassion.
