for now, here’s a simple starting point: next time you’re feeling at ease — maybe sitting on the couch, or sipping a cup of tea — take a quiet moment to tune inwards.

- how do you know you feel relaxed?
- what sensations, feelings, or thoughts let you know things feel ok right now?
- if there is a part of you that feels tense or tight or sore, can you bring some kindness to that part or even just acknowledge it.
that’s the first step — just noticing what’s here, letting it be, and bringing a bit of kindness to it
